Every believer has a story of God’s faithfulness.
Perhaps God answered a prayer, carried you through illness, restored a relationship, provided in a time of need, or gave you peace in the middle of a difficult season.
Your story may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
We would be honored to consider your testimony for publication on Overcome By Faith.
Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you. Mark 5:19
We welcome true stories that clearly demonstrate God’s faithfulness.
Examples include:
- Coming to faith in Jesus Christ
- God’s faithfulness during illness or recovery
- God’s provision during financial hardship
- Restoration of a marriage or family relationship
- Deliverance from addiction or destructive habits
- Learning to trust God through loss or grief
- Mission experiences

Ideal for brief stories of encouragement.

600–1,200 words
Allows you to tell the complete story while remaining engaging and easy to read.
If your story is longer, that’s perfectly fine. We may work with you to create a two-part article or edit it for online publication while preserving your message.
You don’t need to be a professional writer.
Simply tell your story in your own words.
A helpful outline is:
1. The Situation
What challenge or circumstance were you facing?
2. The Struggle
What fears, questions, or difficulties did you experience?
3. God’s Faithfulness
How did God work in your life?
4. What You Learned
What did God teach you?
How has your faith changed?
5. Encouragement for Others
What would you say to someone facing a similar situation today?

- Honors Jesus Christ.
- Is respectful toward others.
- Does not contain offensive language.
- Does not promote teachings that conflict with Scripture.
- Does not include confidential or private information you do not have permission to share.

Every submission is prayerfully reviewed before publication.
While we are grateful for every story submitted, we may not publish every testimony. Our goal is to maintain a collection of stories that faithfully reflect the mission and biblical convictions of Overcome By Faith.
